KES – cable and electrical systems, spol. s ro is a major Czech manufacturing company with more than thirty years of history, specializing in the production of cable harnesses and electrical systems, especially for the automotive and electrical engineering industries. Since its founding in 1992, the company has established itself as one of the main suppliers in the segment of demanding cabling for global automakers. It has modern production technologies, automated workplaces and a high level of standardization and quality throughout the entire production process.
The company manufactures more than 1,600 types of cable assemblies and offers comprehensive services in the areas of design, prototyping, manufacturing and testing. It also manufactures its own connectors, sleeves, adapters, grommets and other components. It uses low-pressure plastic injection technology, ultrasonic welding, molding, automated assembly of IDC connectors and waterproofing. Automatic electrical testing and quality control of each bundle are also a key part of the process.
KES is certified according to IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 and consistently pays attention to environmental and safety standards. It focuses on building long-term partnerships with clients, which include renowned brands such as BMW, Audi, Škoda Auto, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche and Ferrari. Production takes place in several production halls with a high level of organization and internal logistics.
