Miloslav graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen and the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague. As a lawyer, he is responsible within the cluster for drafting contracts and public procurement documents, as well as for announcing and conducting tenders, including communication with participants. He also prepares written opinions regarding audits.
