Development and Application of a Filtration–Sorption Medium for Individual Water Treatment

The NANOPROGRESS Cluster, z.s., is currently working on the project “Hybrid Material for the Selective Removal of Target Pollutants”, which is co-funded by the European Union.

The project focuses on the development of a hybrid organic–inorganic material for the selective removal of toxic pollutants, specifically cadmium (Cd) and lead (Pb) ions, from aqueous environments. The newly designed adsorbent will consist of a nanofibrous polymer matrix with incorporated inorganic particles exhibiting high affinity for the target ions.
