Efektivn\u00ed eliminace pesticid\u016f bude zalo\u017eena na intenzifikaci jejich kontaktu se specifick\u00fdmi mikrobi\u00e1ln\u00edmi konsorcii vykazuj\u00edc\u00edmi zv\u00fd\u0161enou schopnost biodegradace. Za t\u00edmto \u00fa\u010delem bude prvn\u00ed jednotka osazena membr\u00e1nami na b\u00e1zi dut\u00fdch vl\u00e1ken, kter\u00e9 budou slou\u017eit jako distributor \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00e9 vody. Dut\u00e1 vl\u00e1kna budou z\u00e1rove\u0148 vyu\u017eita jako podpora pro biofilmov\u00e9 struktury tvo\u0159en\u00e9 specifick\u00fdmi mikrobi\u00e1ln\u00edmi konsorcii. Druh\u00e1 jednotka bude vyu\u017e\u00edvat nejnov\u011bj\u0161\u00edch poznatk\u016f z oblasti nanomateri\u00e1lov\u00e9ho v\u00fdzkumu, konkr\u00e9tn\u011b nanovl\u00e1kna p\u0159ipraven\u00e1 prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm zvl\u00e1k\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed ve st\u0159\u00eddav\u00e9m elektrick\u00e9m poli. D\u00edky vyu\u017eit\u00ed nanovl\u00e1ken bude zaji\u0161t\u011bn zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fd kontakt \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00e9 vody\/pesticid\u016f a specifick\u00e9 biomasy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Technologie pln\u011b autonomn\u00ed poloprovozn\u00ed filtra\u010dn\u00ed jednotky pro filtraci potravin\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fdch m\u00e9di\u00ed, zejm\u00e9na v\u00edna, kter\u00e1 bude pro filtraci vyu\u017e\u00edvat, v r\u00e1mci tohoto projektu, vyvinut\u00e9 filtry na b\u00e1zi nanovl\u00e1ken p\u0159ipraven\u00e9 prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm zvl\u00e1k\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed ve st\u0159\u00eddav\u00e9m elektrick\u00e9m poli (AC elektrospinning).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>V\u00fdzkum a v\u00fdvoj za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, kter\u00e9 bude umo\u017e\u0148ovat skl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed vyvinut\u00e9 plo\u0161n\u00e9 AC nanovl\u00e1kenn\u00e9 membr\u00e1ny do podoby filtra\u010dn\u00ed sv\u00ed\u010dky.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vyvinout a optimalizovat modul\u00e1rn\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed pro ultrafiltraci baz\u00e9nov\u00fdch vod vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00ed vinut\u00e9 sv\u00ed\u010dkov\u00e9 p\u0159edfiltry a filtry s nanovl\u00e1kenn\u00fdmi strukturami. S vyu\u017eit\u00edm t\u011bchto filtr\u016f doc\u00edlit efektivn\u00ed separace p\u0159\u00edtomn\u00fdch mikroorganism\u016f (bakteri\u00ed, vir\u016f, pl\u00edsn\u00ed, kvasinek, \u0159as) a nerozpu\u0161t\u011bn\u00fdch l\u00e1tek z filtrovan\u00e9 baz\u00e9nov\u00e9 vody.
