a vytvo\u0159it znalostn\u00ed z\u00e1kladnu s p\u0159edkonkuren\u010dn\u00edm charakterem v\u00fdzkumn\u00fdch v\u00fdstup\u016f p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u011b v n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edch vybran\u00fdch oblastech:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm systematick\u00e9ho v\u00fdzkumu a v\u00fdvoje dos\u00e1hnout hybridn\u00ed polymern\u00ed membr\u00e1ny dotovan\u00e9 nanomateri\u00e1ly, kter\u00e1 budou vykazovat dlouhodob\u011b stabiln\u00ed antimikrobi\u00e1ln\u00ed vlastnostmi, a kter\u00e1 bude aplikovateln\u00e1 pro efektivn\u00ed filtraci biologicky kontaminovan\u00e9 vody.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implementace membr\u00e1nov\u00fdch technologi\u00ed do potravin\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9 technologie a to a\u0165 do konven\u010dn\u00ed (filtrace mo\u0161tu a v\u00edna) tak i do siln\u011b inovativn\u00ed technologick\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>V\u00fdzkum a v\u00fdvoj line\u00e1rn\u00edch nanovl\u00e1kenn\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edz\u00ed s minim\u00e1ln\u00edm pod\u00edlem j\u00e1drov\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edze a maxim\u00e1ln\u00edm pod\u00edlem nanovl\u00e1kenn\u00e9 slo\u017eky.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>V\u00fdzkum a v\u00fdvoj biotechnologick\u00fdch a analytick\u00fdch metod a postup\u016f vedouc\u00edch k efektivn\u00edmu a udr\u017eiteln\u00e9mu z\u00edsk\u00e1n\u00ed biomasy s vysok\u00fdm potenci\u00e1lem pro izolaci a produkci biomedic\u00ednsk\u00fdch l\u00e1tek.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Studium a testov\u00e1n\u00ed terapeutick\u00e9ho potenci\u00e1lu nanovl\u00e1kenn\u00fdch scaffold\u016f jako nosi\u010d\u016f vybran\u00fdch typ\u016f lidsk\u00fdch mezenchym\u00e1ln\u00edch kmenov\u00fdch bun\u011bk pro l\u00e9\u010dbu defekt\u016f kloubn\u00ed chrupavky.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>V\u00fdzkum a v\u00fdvoj injikovateln\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu na b\u00e1zi funkcionalizovan\u00fdch nanovl\u00e1ken a samouspo\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edho se gelu s bioaktivn\u00edmi l\u00e1tkami pro vnit\u0159n\u00ed aplikace kryc\u00edho materi\u00e1lu z nanovl\u00e1ken funkcionalizovan\u00e9ho krevn\u00edmi deriv\u00e1ty pro jeho pou\u017eit\u00ed na vnit\u0159n\u00ed a vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed kryty ran a fixa\u010dn\u00ed materi\u00e1ly pro regenerativn\u00ed medic\u00ednu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>V\u00fdzkum a v\u00fdvoj biosenzor\u016f na b\u00e1zi nanovl\u00e1ken druh\u00e9 generace pro z\u00e1chyt specifick\u00fd pomoc\u00ed upraven\u00ed fyzik\u00e1ln\u011b-chemick\u00fdch vlastnost\u00ed povrchu nanovl\u00e1ken \u010di jejich modifikov\u00e1n\u00edm specifick\u00fdmi
