Hlavn\u00edm zam\u011b\u0159en\u00edm je uplatn\u011bn\u00ed nanomateri\u00e1l\u016f pro efektivn\u00ed vyu\u017eit\u00ed technologick\u00e9 i odpadn\u00ed vody za \u00fa\u010delem dosa\u017een\u00ed c\u00edlov\u00fdch parametr\u016f a pos\u00edlen\u00ed udr\u017een\u00ed senzorick\u00fdch a kvalitativn\u00edch vlastnost\u00ed samotn\u00e9ho piva.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C\u00edlem projektu je v r\u00e1mci v\u00fdzkumn\u00e9ho \u00fastavu (V\u00daPS) vybudovat experiment\u00e1ln\u00ed infrastrukturu pro bezprost\u0159edn\u00ed experiment\u00e1ln\u00ed adaptace technick\u00fdch \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed z oboru materi\u00e1lov\u00fdch a \u010d\u00e1sticov\u00fdch nanotechnologi\u00ed umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00edc\u00ed zrychlen\u00fd test p\u0159edpoklad\u016f, odhalen\u00ed nedostatk\u016f a nalezen\u00ed nov\u00fdch m\u00edst pro uplatn\u011bn\u00ed.
