Krom\u011b extern\u00edch firem se projektu \u00fa\u010dastnilo deset \u010dlen\u016f klastru. Tento projekt byl podpo\u0159en z Opera\u010dn\u00edho programu Podnik\u00e1n\u00ed a inovace v r\u00e1mci v\u00fdzvy Spolupr\u00e1ce \u2013 klastry v\u00fdzva II (\u0159\u00edd\u00edc\u00ed org\u00e1n OPPI \u2013 Ministerstvo pr\u016fmyslu a obchodu \u010cR). Hlavn\u00edmi c\u00edli projektu bylo urychlit a zkvalitnit regeneraci defekt\u016f ko\u017en\u00ed a kostn\u00ed tk\u00e1n\u011b p\u0159i vyu\u017eit\u00ed koaxi\u00e1ln\u00edch nanovl\u00e1kenn\u00fdch struktur a navrhnout a zkonstruovat za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed pro p\u0159\u00edpravu kombinovan\u00fdch kompozitn\u00edch nanovl\u00e1kenn\u00fdch struktur.<br>V pr\u016fb\u011bhu projektu do\u0161lo k optimalizaci ko\u017en\u00edch kryt\u016f a kostn\u00edch v\u00fdpln\u00ed obsahuj\u00edc\u00edch koaxi\u00e1ln\u00ed nanovl\u00e1kna s enkapsulovan\u00fdmi r\u016fstov\u00fdmi faktory. Kostn\u00ed v\u00fdpln\u011b byly aplikov\u00e1ny do relevantn\u00edch zv\u00ed\u0159ec\u00edch model\u016f s t\u00edm, \u017ee do\u0161lo k obnov\u011b kostn\u00edho defektu v cel\u00e9m jeho objemu, a t\u00edm n\u00e1r\u016fstu zcela nov\u00e9, pln\u011b funk\u010dn\u00ed kostn\u00ed tk\u00e1n\u011b. D\u00e1le byly v pr\u016fb\u011bhu projektu navr\u017eeny a zkonstruov\u00e1ny dva funk\u010dn\u00ed vzorky zvl\u00e1k\u0148ovac\u00edch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00edch st\u0159\u00eddav\u00fd proud, co\u017e je celosv\u011btov\u011b unik\u00e1tn\u00ed technologie, vyzna\u010duj\u00edc\u00ed se podstatn\u011b vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed produktivitou v porovn\u00e1n\u00ed se standardn\u00ed technologi\u00ed vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00ed stejnosm\u011brn\u00e9ho proudu. Vyvinut\u00e1 AC zvl\u00e1k\u0148ovac\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed nav\u00edc umo\u017e\u0148uje velmi efektivn\u011b napra\u0161ovat nano a mikro\u010d\u00e1stice mezi produkovan\u00e1 nanovl\u00e1kna, a t\u00edm tvo\u0159it kompozitn\u00ed nanostruktury s \u0161irok\u00fdm aplika\u010dn\u00edm potenci\u00e1lem.
