Jejich p\u0159idanou hodnotou je v\u00fdrazn\u011b men\u0161\u00ed zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed \u017eivotn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed nejen p\u0159i jejich v\u00fdrob\u011b, ale i v dal\u0161\u00edch jednotliv\u00fdch f\u00e1z\u00edch \u017eivotn\u00edho cyklu a\u017e po jejich biologick\u00fd rozpad a vst\u0159ebatelnost.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C\u00edlem projektu je ov\u011b\u0159it transformaci p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00edch biopolymer\u016f metodou elektrostatick\u00e9ho zvl\u00e1k\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed a doprovodn\u00fdch technologi\u00ed (dodate\u010dn\u00e1 kompozitn\u00ed nebo povrchov\u00e1 modifikace) pro p\u0159\u00edpravu materi\u00e1lov\u00fdch kandid\u00e1t\u016f uplatniteln\u00fdch v potravin\u00e1\u0159stv\u00ed, v\u00fd\u017eiv\u011b, krmiv\u00e1\u0159stv\u00ed, ale i kosmetice a medic\u00edn\u011b. R\u00e1mcov\u00fd soubor zpracov\u00e1van\u00e9ho materi\u00e1lu zahrnuje pivovarsk\u00e9 ml\u00e1to, vina\u0159sk\u00e9 matoliny, kvasinkovou biomasu a n\u011bkter\u00e9 materi\u00e1ly rostlinn\u00e9ho a \u017eivo\u010di\u0161n\u00e9ho p\u016fvodu. Z\u00e1sadn\u00ed odli\u0161nost\u00ed je propojit technologii zvl\u00e1k\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed s \u0159\u00edzen\u00fdmi, \u010dist\u00fdmi a klimatizovan\u00fdmi podm\u00ednkami proces\u016f, aby nedo\u0161lo ke znehodnocen\u00ed nebo kontaminaci zvl\u00e1k\u0148ovan\u00fdch biomateri\u00e1l\u016f.
