Byla zalo\u017eena v roce 2008 odborn\u00edky z oblasti medic\u00ednsk\u00e9ho a materi\u00e1lov\u00e9ho in\u017een\u00fdrstv\u00ed a jej\u00ed veden\u00ed v \u010dele s doc. RNDr. Ev\u017eenem Amlerem, CSc., zaru\u010duje vysokou odbornou \u00farove\u0148 a siln\u00e9 vazby na akademick\u00e9 instituce, zejm\u00e9na Univerzitu Karlovu a \u00dastav experiment\u00e1ln\u00ed medic\u00edny AV \u010cR.
